$inv. Mgmt is doing everything I want to see. They had a quick and reasonable response to the 2 activist investors. They are taking the extra step to make sure retail understands filings that many can find confusing Most importantly, we have a sizable investment in arguably the leading edge technology in 2ph data cooling. I’m very optimistic orders are coming and I’m really looking forward to the next earnings call. The risk reward is exceptional in my opinion. Of course there’s risk but given what I’ve seen so far I feel good knowing this is my single largest investment. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE.

Had 55,000 shares $EOSE (cost $3-ish) with a StopSell order for 25% of them at $20. Highest it got was $19.86, you may recall. Now it's $6. Was a millionaire for a few hours. On paper. I've been trading for only 3 years.

I don’t talk about my personal life much on here, but I wanted to share a BIG life update with you all! I got married back in August of 2024 and we decided to wait at least a year before having kids. Well, about a year and a half later, here we are with baby #1 on the way! We are very excited, but if I’m being completely honest, I’m also terrified. Being the one to go through the physical changes and the labor process has always seemed scary to me. And now that it’s a reality, I’m even more scared 😅 That being said - moms out there, I’d love some tips and tricks to help guide me through this pregnancy along the way 💕 We definitely have a lot to figure out when it comes to finances, so plans are going to have to change for a while. No more maxed out IRA, unfortunately 😅 I’ll keep grinding my best with what we have already accumulated in our brokerage accounts and IRAs, though! Finances aren’t everything, and this journey will be so worth the financial sacrifice 🥰

Got the email as well. $100K min buy-in. I think the valuation is stretched. That said, it'll probs get pumped on IPO day, but you'll likely be locked in and won't be able to sell on IPO day, and you'll have to carry to trade into lock-up. Who knows what price it will be 6 months later. I'd probs buy in if they lowered the minimum investment.

I have the opportunity to invest into the OpenAI IPO via EquityZen. The deadline is today. The share price is going to be $680.00. Is anyone else investing into this? The valuation already seems priced for perfection and I'm leery about investing too much. Thoughts?

If you listen to today’s call…. Which opens with a flex on a fishing trip with customers on Gary’s Boat….. Gary is a straight shooter, with a strong balance sheet, a bright future. 2026: “it’s going to be bumpy, but I am firm on $125m in revenue.” “We are continuing to advance on other critical minerals.” “We don’t do things that are years out, it’s gotta be NOW.” Mining 2-3 months out after recent acquisition. This is as close as it gets in the stock market to “free money.” Do your due diligence, and you’ll reach the same conclusion. $UAMY is not a one trick pony. It’s a portfolio of critical minerals and various products with one goal in mind: make money, create and protect shareholder value, near perfect balance sheet.
