I have chewed on this since Tuesday night & realise I am a still a Dinosaur 🦖 I’m sorry and accept that I was in the wrong & hopefully wont do it again. I got the Tube from Heathrow to Kings X. It got busy at Earls Court so, I offered a mature lady my seat 💺 “why would I need to sit down” was the reply. I gave her a look of disdain. On reflection I didn’t offer my seat to any blokes of a mature age 👴🏻 So my apologies 🙏🏾 Chivalry is dead 😢

@JamesCleverly @UWLAlumni Pity that your reply was only where you felt personally stung- I think the comment was inappropriate, but how about responding to mine, one of your constituents, with a local concern that you should be dealing with as our local MP.

My vocational degree taught me: finance & accounting, marketing & comms, HR & team leadership, logistics & process management, employment law, contract law, tort law, etc All very useful in running a government dept. BTW is was from TVU not Ealing College. @UWLAlumni

@g__j Then maybe you should Look on FB at the huge increase in complaints about lack of customer service. No response from”issues email” so I escalated to your team. Acknowledged a week later and still waiting for full reply. Next step ombudsman ?

So, @nationaltrust considers that removal of some features on its app (sign in and “my places”) is “a major up-grade”? My definition of up-grade is to provide something better.. more honest to say we made changes to our system and, unfortunately, can’t provide this any more.
