@AmazonUK placed two urgent orders for packing items over the weekend both were prime and next day delivery which didn’t transpire. Your AI chatbot is bloody useless and despite being promised delivery today they didn’t appear and I can’t speak to anyone about it. Can you please put the human beings back in charge again? Because I will now have to go and buy these items tomorrow from a shop instead as I only have a short window to pack my stuff and will be expecting a refund now. But why advertise items as prime or next day when that’s clearly doesn’t happen?

@AmazonUK @amazon @amazon Why on earth have you arbitrarily set qty limits on how many of a particular item I can buy? People like teachers or small craft or home businesses or indeed charity workers that don't want or need to open a business account are hugely inconvenienced by your policy. @SnopakeBrands

@AmazonUK @AmazonUK so, despite replying to acknowledge driver's message he was about to deliver my parcel, he then rang bell... left parcel on doorstep (not safe place) and was back in the van before I opened the front door. HONESTLY, JUST DELIVER ACCORDING TO MY DELIVERY NOTES.

@AmazonUK once again I have had to report to customer services that my parcel was not delivered as per instructions. The driver drove off before I opened the door and he left the parcel on door step, not even the safe place. Its not hard. It really isn't.

@amazon @AmazonUK yet again your drivers never seem to amaze me, apparently thats a safe place, and cant even see the note on the door or even the letter box they passed to say behind the bins are safe even in the rain

@AmazonUK funny handed to resident, and thanks to the driver being so lazy and couldn’t be bothered to post through letter box thats rt next to where parcels thrown, the items got wet and damaged, and due to being electrical items, they can not be used, great delivery
