I have a faulty, brand new @cpcompany_1971 coat bought from @flannelsfashion . You can see from the pictures that the zip is faulty (next to a normal one). Can you help me get a refund for the faulty coat please? Your customer service department doesn’t seem to care at all! 🤦🏽‍♂️
