☄️ ANOTHER METEORITE FOUND 🪨 🪨 This is the second one found by Roberto Vargas. 👉🏻 Type: Eucrite 📍Location: Sharon Center, OH 📏 About the same as his find yesterday: 5g. 🦠 This One Has SPIKES. It is harmless. “These hairs on the crust wild features same type same meteorite” 📝 Mike Hankey, our Maryland friend on site as well from The American Meteor Society is sharing info with me to pass along to you. 📝 SMALL ASTEROID: That’s the word from NASA. 2 meters long, weighing 6 metric tons. It may have broke into 1000 pieces over Ohio when explosion was heard. 🛰️ 📡 Observed by Satellite and Doppler Radar when it reached our atmosphere. STREWN FIELD (map) Red shows where ~10kg meteorites would land if this fall produced any. Dark orange is ~1kg, orange is ~100g, light orange is ~10g, and yellow is ~1g and smaller. #meteorite #ohio #ohwx

☄️ Meteorite Found TODAY in Ohio. 📍 Medina County, one day after March 17 fireball. 📏 10g estimated size 🪨 🪨🪨 This is the THIRD one found today! 😳 NASA Estimates this broke up into 1000 pieces and there is a large amount of people scanning fields for more. ⭐️ NASA also estimated this was 2 meters long and considered an asteroid. 📷 Roberto Vargas got this one. He is friends with my friend Mike Hankey, Operations Manager for American Meteor Society and also on the chase. 🙏 Please help me thank them for the info and wish luck to find more. #meteorite #meteor
