Hey Scott President Trump can use something called “power of adjournment “ under section 2 article 3 of the us constitution. It states that if there is a disagreement between the house and the senate to go into recess the president has the authority to use this to bypass pro forma sessions. This has never been used by a us president so there are no legal challenges although expect the senate to sue. But President Trump can replace all Obama and Biden appointed judges, replace cabinet members, and Supreme Court judges. Then he can go down the executive route and will always win because no judge can then block it and anyone that files lawsuits will lose. It would be check mate. ♟️
