I would say there are two timelines if they trade Garrett:
Trading Garrett Pre June 1st
Ward is restructured & kept
Trading Garrett Post June 1st
They can trade Ward too
No post June 1st trade designations, you have to wait until June 2nd to do the deal

The #Browns are expected to sign former #Packers Pro Bowl C Elgton Jenkins, per me and @TomPelissero. He can play guard or center for Cleveland. It’s a 2-year, $24M deal with $20M guaranteed in a deal done by Damarius Bilbo of @KlutchSports.

Where's all this new cap space that Andy Berry was supposed to create? The Browns currently have just $2.67 million in effective cap space. Weird since I was told the salary cap is not hindering the Browns from acquiring players.
