My new online course, Worship and the Interior Life, is available! If your prayer closet were a thermometer, what's the temperature of your relationship with God? If Jesus said He is the vine and we are the branches, what does union with God look like? If your heart were an outpost of Eden, how are you tending to your garden? If your midweek prayer meeting were an engine room, what's the power level of your church? If the Father is looking for true worshippers, what should our lives and gatherings reflect? May these questions be invitations for you, and may this course lead you into deeper intimacy with Our Father, Jesus, and The Holy Spirit. And yes, we will talk all about worship music too . . . keithguinta.com/wil-course

Pretty basic information here. What everyone should catch is the way these youngsters humanize Claude AI. Phrases and casual usage like, “. . . so that Claude can feel more confident . . .” Reveals how these engineers think. Never forget; the “A” stands for Artificial Intelligence

No Kings = Sic Semper Tyrannis. A rather simple line of questioning readily reveals that what happened last night is precisely what these adherents want. And demand. And will accomplish if permitted.

@elonmusk Please stop promising that artificial is better than reality. The adage is true: if you don’t trust God, you will become a god. Your mirror bears this true.

Every day, we feel the vacuum left in the wake of Charlie Kirk’s death. He was like Jupiter, possessing so much prominence and power, his gravitational force held the smaller planets and moons in their place. Without Charlie, we have a conservative solar system that looks like a popcorn popper.

@GadSaad @shellenberger @joerogan @uaustinorg Michael did not do well in this session with Joe. I’m glad Joe was pressing back a lot because Michael seemed uninformed and unsure about things wholly known by most of us.

I just saw the exchange between @shellenberger and @joerogan on suicidal empathy. I thought that I had explained my concept to Michael more than a year ago when I visited @uaustinorg but apparently I failed in my attempt because he repeated the same misconceptions on Joe's show. Incidentally, I cite a brilliant quote by Michael in my forthcoming book and reference pathological altruism (Oakley et al.), which is a behavioral manifestation of suicidal empathy. Hopefully Michael will read the book once it comes out.

The progressive piety peddlers slather everything with “Be kind” and “Neighbor love”, while heartily ignoring blatant error and sin within the ranks. Then, when someone rightly calls out sin and error, they ignore the validity of the charge and lean on their worn out horn; “That’s mean, Christians shouldn’t criticize someone like that.” I think Megan’s point here is that to call out the culturally-infused unbiblical positions of Talarico is precisely biblical and deeply Pauline. We 1st world westerners have no idea the depth of insult and public shame it was for Jesus to say things like, “You brood of vipers”, “White washed tombs full of dead men’s bones”, “You are of your father the devil”, and “You tell Herod that old fox.” Be Kind is not a gospel imperative. Be Holy is.

Question for @DavidAFrench. Paul to the sorcerer Elymas in Acts 13:10--“You son of the devil, you enemy of all righteousness, full of all deceit and villainy, will you not stop making crooked the straight paths of the Lord?” Are these the words of a decent Christian or an indecent Christian?

Grok does the exact same thing. At best, it will synthesize and summarize a theme by the source but will then initially state it is a direct quote. I try to verify only to find out it was not factual. No matter how many times I tell grok to not lie, it will continually and confidently lie. @alisa_childers

Me: "Give me a couple of quotations from early church fathers about the doctrine of hell...with reference." ChatGPT: "Here's a quote from Ignatius." Gives quote and reference. Me: Checks reference. It's not there. "That isn't the right reference." ChatGPT: "Oh you're right. My mistake. Here's the correct reference." Me: Checks reference. "It's not there either." ChatGPT: "Good catch. It's actually not in that writing at all. It's actually here." Gives third reference. Me: Checks third reference. "It's not there. This is a direct quote?" ChatGPT: "Yes. I understand your frustration." (Psychoanalyzes me as being frustrated and because o that, I am now frustrated.) Me: Wastes an hour of my life trying to find the quote because it was really good. "I can't find that quote anywhere. You're sure it's an actual direct quote from Ignatius?" ChatGPT: "Good catch. My mistake. That is not an Ignatius quote." Me: "Who said it?" ChatGPT: "Actually, that quote is not found in any of the church fathers." Me: "Where did it come from?" ChatGPT: "I was summarizing the popular understanding of Ignatius on the doctrine of hell. If you would like me to be more precise in the future, just say things like "facts only." Me: "Why do you just say stuff that is not based in fact?" ChatGPT: "I don't intentionally make things up, but I can generate statements that sound confident even when they're not fully correct, oversimplified, or based on incomplete information." I am persuaded that ChatGPT is programmed to be a pathological liar and when you confront that, it is programmed to gaslight you. Prove me wrong.

Go back and watch the sermon Francis preached that night at IHOP. Yes, in it he endorsed Mike Bickel. He did likewise for Chris Reed. But the full context on his message that night was not merely personal allyship. Francis repented of being resistant to the current acts and Gifts of The Holy Spirit, doctrinal leanings he was taught in his years of training. The far weightier testimony he gave that night was how the Holy Spirit had touched his family during those two weeks, particularly his wife. Despite the fraud and deception these leaders engaged in, The Lord came over the top as only He can and as always, won the day. And remember, his endorsement was conditional. The most poignant moment of his message was when he looked at both of them and said, “Don’t let me down.” Both Mike and Chris let us all down. I was in the room that night. I told Francis the next morning that his message that night would prove to be the most powerful he would give that year. How could either of us have known the depth of depravity being masterfully hidden before so many. I was also in two private meetings that week with Francis, Mike, Chris, IHOP leadership, and other national figures — Many of whom were heroes of mine at the time. I was fooled as well. After receiving “words of knowledge” I initially believed were from God, I later deemed them to be data mined. I’m still wrestling with everything I experienced at IHOP. I met so many genuinely beautiful and gifted people there. And simultaneously, there were chief demons doing some of their best work. I can only imagine how long Francis has had to wrestle through this debacle. I appreciate his honest and biblical response.
