Under Article 25(c) of the constitution, the right to fair trial is a non-derogable right. So how can the court make quasi constitutional excuses on amorphous grounds in its refusal to set aside the impeachment of Hon Rigathi Gachagua? The Gachagua judgment in my humble opinion is on a shaky, shallow, soggy and sandy soil.

The High Court of Kenya 🇰🇪 has confirmed that as a senate of the Republic of Kenya we discharged our duty of impeaching Gachagwa judiciously, constitution , military precision and we saved this country from instability and division of the impeached deputy president Gachagwa. I want to congratulate the High Court of kenya for the concise, precise and brilliantly comprehensive by UPHOLDING the impeachment of Gachagua this brings to a close to a promoter of negative ethnicity, balkanization of the country and division. He will never run again for any elective position in kenya for eternity including the chair of Nyumbani kumi. This is a win for all Kenyans and God almighty for one united indivisible nation under one flag and One God. Blessed evening.
