Pendant que je paye mon crédit, ma locataire me doit 12 000€ qui ne me seront jamais versé (car insolvable). J’estime que récupérer mon logement est le minimum de mon droit (surtout quand ça fait presque 2 ans de procédure). Ça serait sympa de se mettre du côté du bon sens quelques fois…
