@echoeslament Just leave if you want, I've left a few for reasons just like that and ended up even making my own with my static members. Community finder can be a good tool too, plus with Evercold hype happening there might be more activity than there has been for a while

i agree it has a lot of problems and definitely pacing issues but I'll definitely play it again and it had some of the best characters and the MUSIC. I love a good turn based final fantasy, my first was 6 but its okay to like things that are a little off the beaten path too.

@Shredder1400 FF1 is rough because little to no direction, you almost certainly WILL get lost, but if you like that kind of aimless exploration then knock yourself out
FF2 is overall honestly fine, just has a very, VERY odd leveling system

@Shredder1400 literally any final fantasy game is a good entry point to the series with the exception of maybe the first 2 games and any title that is a direct sequel for obvious reasons. A lot of them share core gameplay elements, and if you don't like the story of one, just try another

- Ocarina doesn’t have a 3 hour tutorial
- Ocarina’s story is truly dark… Twilight Princess just tries to be dark
- Ocarina’s items are actually useful outside of their respective dungeon
- Ocarina’s Hyrule field takes like a minute to cross. TP’s is unecessarily big
