The City of Atlanta recently acquired the 75-acre Chattahoochee Brick Factory property which was owned and operated by former Atlanta Mayor, James English, who used convict labor at this site to manufacture brick used to construct building and streets in the city.

More #transitequity . Inspired by #TransitEquityDay I decided to ride @MARTAservice this weekend. I purchased 2 tickets on the Breeze Mobile app. I’ve done this a lot lately and it usually works like a champ. Today, it did not. When I arrived at west end, it didn’t work.

@JeffDelp @MARTAservice After being able to use RFID 20 years ago in Asia, I can only shake my head at the lack of tech here…the Breeze card was using the Sony Clio 2 chip the same was that used to be sued by Octopus….could have been amazing here too….1 of 2
