Crazy to see what is happening to high school sports. I see wrestling matches, most end by pin in 90 seconds or less. Other matches are often tech fall or forfeit. Other sports; varsity athletes can NOT do a full range BW squat. Big Kids can Deadlift 405 but can't do 1 pull up.

Exactly—it’s time to move on. The pity party is over. Yesterday’s game is in the past, and this group of players and coaches gave us an incredible season. It’s okay to be disappointed with the outcome, but I guarantee what we feel is only a fraction of what the players and coaches are experiencing. We’re lucky to be where we are with this program—we’re living in the golden era of Cyclone athletics.

There was a time in strength & conditioning where we did NOT see all these mobility issues: hips, ankles, spine. Today, we have teens who can't squat to parallel or below without hunches backs & collapsed ankles. The multi sport athlete solved a lot of these "problems".
