Many have come to web3 TO EARN...
But earning should simply be a right for all, don't you think?
Do you like to be forced to engage?
Is grinding a sustainable and inclusive meta?
Do most people have the time to monitor the ecosystem and be early enough?
Do most people have the budget required to enter most top notch projects?
Where are we heading in 2024 then?
In games we have had the pay to win killer way before blockchain, and now the play to earn, do this to earn, do that to earn.
Let's just say NO!
And let me explain! 👇
Web3 shall be the technology that allows fair retribution for any kind of interaction.
We call it INTERACT AND EARN.
Reading to earn? NO, READ & EARN!
Sharing a post to earn? NO, SHARE & EARN!
Playing to earn? NO, PLAY & EARN!
Joining to earn? NO, JOIN & EARN!
etc, etc, etc ( the list is actually pretty long but always ending with & EARN)
Each interaction from any user holds a value to be retributed fairly.
How to calculate the value then?
A simple approach is to give a value to a certain task, depending on the amount of time required to complete it and the difficulty of it.
Now, will you x1000 with one shot? Certainly NO!
But that's also what will make Web3 sustainable.
In future, with interoperability and seamless accessibility of more legit and secure projects in the ecosystem, earning micro-gains will be the new meta routine.
Not because the goal is to earn, but because it is a right, a logical consequence and retribution for interacting and engaging in activities that match the user's will and profile.
No pressure needed since anyone can find its way through, at their own pace, with or without any budget at disposal, without being afraid to enter the web3 world and get scammed, rugged, hacked or tricked into FOMO or LFG marketing schemes.
Web3 has shown very valuable entities and individuals and their opposite. Doxxed projects, or projects led by famous individuals didn't necessarily mean legit and trustworthy. Quoting names won't be necessary since it's forever encrypted in the blockchains...

Since we aim to build up along with the people daring to follow and join us, we want to show gratitude and logic.
Localization of our comics in several languages is a key point in our strategy to expand IPz.
To be inclusive, web3 needs more cultural and language sharing. The tech enhances the content we build to create interactive comics, a new genre of books coming to life, in between anime and video game while preserving the original layout of the comics.
Are we going to make it? While the outcome of any business adventure is unknown, we want to abide by the laws of holding trust and care. This CEO here has many flaws but one he doesn't is giving up.
To be straight to the point, look at our museum website and see for yourselves. As a CEO, despite the lows and highs, we have never given up on the dream to support global comics.
There are nice and legit people in the space, that is also a clear fact, with the freedom to be ourselves and remain authentic.

At the age of 24 I was making the business plan for what would become my first entrepreneurial adventure.
Since then, time has passed quickly and yet seems to have stopped as well.
Having long-term goals pushes longevity of the mind and body.
I'd say have no regrets about failures since they shape everything that is good in your life in the present. Looking at things from a certain perspective always helps. It shall be a positive one to keep pushing boundaries.
My piece of advice as an old geezer would be to never regret and grab the good opportunities. And you'll see, one day I wish you get the best jobs of all, creation at its best, becoming a parent. From there, you'll value every single mistake and trouble you had to go through, because they were needed for you to get where you're at, holding a mini-U in your arms.
Let me finish this post saying congrats to @heynat having become a daddy btw! He will certainly relate to what's been said here. 👶
