Personal News. I had a heart attack at the gym on Friday night. Been in hospital ever since. Not knowing what's wrong terrifying. Today had angiogram and dodgy artery now mended. Thank you so much to all the staff at St George's. You could not have cared more.

@hazelshearing Great advice. And make sure you set at least three v loud alarms which you must get out of bed to turn off to avoid falling back asleep. Happened to me once on nights. Only woken up by BBC colleague banging on my door sent to find out where I was.
