@tsblinds The 'update' was that someone would call me... at some point this year, maybe? Just absolutely dreadful service, I've never experienced anything like it. I've been waiting since 23rd August for a manager to call me.

@tsblinds Worst company I've ever had the misery of dealing with. Two weeks of trying to resolve the issues with my order, 13 blinds that don't fit, no one ever calls back and managers are "too busy to talk to customers" - I'm quoting your customer service rep there. Truly awful.
