@tsblinds I raised an issue with a recently fitted blind over a month ago and have chased now 7 times. I have been told someone will be in touch urgently but this has not happened. Have you given up on your customers since being purchased by Hillarys?

@tsblinds I wouldn’t touch this company unless you want weeks of stress, unanswered messages, wrong deliveries , blinds that ruck up and incorrect measurements. Not to mention failed refunds . So far unresolved and pending goes on. Not holding my breath

@tsblinds Hi Laura, whilst I appreciate your response, nothing will be done. I have chased and chased and chased. I then received a phone call to say that they need to locate my blinds in order to fit them. This is the worst customer experience I’ve had during my six month renovation.

@tsblinds Will never use you again. Blinds haven’t been fitted and I’m still chasing your customer service as they were meant to be fitted last Friday. I’ve been told that someone will contact me, but apparently they haven’t learnt how to use a mobile yet.

@tsblinds Worst company I've ever had the misery of dealing with. Two weeks of trying to resolve the issues with my order, 13 blinds that don't fit, no one ever calls back and managers are "too busy to talk to customers" - I'm quoting your customer service rep there. Truly awful.
