Does anyone out there know if you can "pause" a training program in @TrainingPeaks? I'm using a @LWCoaching pre-made program, but I need to take a couple of weeks off then re-start it sometime in the first week of June.
I don't have a subscription, if that matters.

Holy shit- I just hit a lifetime personal best 20 min power. I never thought I'd be as strong as I was 10 years ago when I was a roadie- I just beat my sea level best wattage by about 5 watts at ~7000 ft.
No way in hell I'd ever have done it without @LWCoaching

Today I set a 2019 PR for 20 min power on my 3rd & final interval, & got to pedal my new @rockymountain Element around in the wind, which was nice even though it was only on the road (trails here are still rough).
