@VanBird It’s 18 degrees in sunny Lancashire
#shiningontherighteous 😇
English

@VanBird @RishiSunak He’s too busy bringing in nonsense rules to do anything important
English

@AvantiGas any chance of answering the phone? I’ve been trying for 3 days in my 30 minute lunch break to speak with someone as emails are not acknowledged or responded to

English

@VanBird Funnily enough I don’t have the 42 inch Plasma TV I bought for £4k with my first Rentokil Initial ‘Double Bubble’ it blew up 3 days after the extended warranty (in a moment of clarity when obtaining a completely a totally inappropriate purchase) ended 😏
English

@JingsWings @AnimalRising He’s an extreme example, yes there’s plenty of rough folk but there’s mainstream discipline folk do the same if not worse, that’s not an excuse but if we can’t get the people who are governed by sports to be better it’s never going to get those on the outside to.
English

@Lady_Curran @AnimalRising Ugh. Poor bloody horse. What really gets to me (apart from the sulky racing) is the utterly insane survival of the fittest breeding programme they use. Like Tom Price with over 2000 in Wales, locking them in sheds to die.

🏁Epsom For All has begun! 🥳️
People have started to gather outside the entrance of the #EpsomDerby to show their care and love for all life.
We know another world is possible, where all beings are treated with respect and kindness.

@JingsWings @AnimalRising @JingsWings I drove through Brough & Kirkby Stephen on Friday. I saw lots of happy horses and ponies looking well dozing on their tethers. In contrast this morning I’ve seen a woman ‘riding’ an overweight coloured cob have a hysterical meltdown because it jogged 😑
English

@AnimalRising Oh dear. You didn't make news. And all these beautiful horses ran their race and are safe from your idiocy. Now - why don't you go to Appleby?
English

@MrFrisk7 @camillahendo You don’t need medals to advocate for horses.
English

‘Horse man’ should have known better and have made that decision himself! That was difficult watching
evil poe is seeing (g)i-dle@rinkasisopod
being ranked 4th in the world and riding your clearly very exhausted horse to the point you get eliminated on course, is so embarrassing to the sport. especially when you remember hes been eliminated for overwhipping an exhausted horse back in 2018. fuck you oliver townend.
English

@camillahendo Totally agree. He won’t have enough humility to look at that and think ‘ I rode the horse like a sack of shit AND the horse was not travelling well before I was stopped’
English

@RealBlackIrish @BBCNews I take it you mean certain breeds of people? 😐
English

@LancashireCC I’ve spoken with the lovely Marcia in Highways who has assisted me.
English

@Lady_Curran Thanks for your tweet. If you haven't already please report highways issues on our online system: bit.ly/LCCReportIt where you'll be able to track progress of your report. You can also download a claim form.
English

@LancashireCC can someone please advise me how to initiate a claim for a tyre which has been irreparably damaged on a pothole. As it’s less than 40mm deep you won’t bother fixing it. In one month I’ve had a broken spring on one car (which I will give the benefit of the doubt 1/2
English

@LancashireCC Thanks for the response, I’ve already looked for the claim form without success. Could you please forward the specific link?
English

@LancashireCC 2/2 as the car is 20 years old. But a 4 month old premium tyre on a new car is not excusable damage due to shocking road maintenance standards w3w debut.estimates.summaries report filed by Love Clean Streets

@TriciaHPH @Depheruk My husband and I look after an elderly gentleman who was one of my husband’s first gardening customers 25 years ago, his family are mostly estranged. It’s difficult & frustrating because we can see he would be much safer in a sheltered scheme or the like but he doesn’t want 1/2
English

@TriciaHPH @Depheruk to ‘lose his independence’ the irony being by staying in his house he’s too afraid to go out and he’s isolated from company other than my husband. It’s not always a finance issue there’s always talk of what he wants to leave to people (in spite of trying to explain he needs 2/2
