@MmisterNobody Only NPC’s in the matrix remaining Bro. I’ve given the undeniable facts on our flat earth that’s enclosed by the firmament but I get 100 resistance. I’d like to connect with as many that know

Is it even worth trying to wake people up at this point, or is it already too late?

Just picked up my son from elementary school and was blown away that ZERO parents or kids were aware of the Artemis II launch. Have we lost complete interest in space travel?

@lewisgsd @TheVRNerd @earthcurated I will happily take the ridicule. I wish I could reach out and apologize to the kid I did it to in 7th grade. I was truly on the wrong side. So sad

Earth is actually an oblate spheroid, not a perfect sphere. Because Earth rotates on its axis, centrifugal force causes it to bulge at the equator and flatten slightly at the poles. The difference in diameter is about 43 kilometers. This means you technically weigh slightly less at the equator than at the North Pole because you are further from the center of mass. We have known the world was round since Eratosthenes calculated its circumference in 240 BC using nothing but the shadows of sticks in two different cities. Today, we measure it to within centimeters using the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS). Gravity pulls toward the center of mass from all directions, which is why any sufficiently large body in space naturally settles into a spherical shape.

@earthcurated I dont know why flat earth is even a thing nowadays. It was proven to be round ages ago. People accepted it back then and now people are thinking it is flat? Why??? It's crazy.

If you think NASA is going to the moon today, you probably think the lines in the sky are real clouds, fluoride helps your teeth and the government cares about you.....

@follower_o15933 @XRP589Elite @TheBabylonBee There is no firmament. Horizontal velocity is required for orbit, if you launch straight up you come straight down because of gravity. You have to be going sideways fast enough you constbsntly "missing" the planet as you fall due to gravity into Earth's gravity well.

@TheBabylonBee Every time a rocket launches from Cape Canaveral, within 4 minutes its flying north over my house. We watch it fly by. Why is that happening?

@XRP589Elite @TheBabylonBee Orbit requires enough horizontal velocity for the ship to continunally fall around the earth without ever hitting it. If you just launched straight up, it would just come strait back down because of gravity. That's what Blue Origin's New Shepard does. It's non-orbital.
