If a team sucks for a couple of years, maybe that's on the coach. If it sucks for five or six years, that's on management. If it sucks for 20+ years that's on the person hiring the managers.

@IanBegley Dolan doesn’t play offense or defense n has spent a ridiculous amount of money on coaches, assistant coaches n GM’s that everyone approved of when these professionals were hired....n he has spent the cap every year on player salaries...Dolan is not the problem
