I’ve had my bike nicked off of my car in Grenoble. It was locked on my car but was taken. It is the bike in the first picture but with the training wheels of the second picture. I would really appreciate it if you could share this post in the hope I can get my bike back.

Genuine question for all you open water swimmers. What do you do when you swim? Do you just swim at one speed or do you do intervals? I can count on one hand the people I’ve ever seen doing intervals. Just intrigued as to why more people don’t do it.
