Disastrous @SW_Help journey - 20 mins delayed because of signal and late staff member (which we watched stroll leisurely in and chat to mate before getting on) now stuck for god knows how long at Honiton because of train in front that shouldn’t be on line! Missing Mother’s Day!

@SW_Help Thank you I know how to do a delay replay but how do I claim for missing my next connection - I will be 40 mins delayed but will have missed my whole journey which is a GWR connection?

@SW_Help Plus your late staff member who made no effort to quickly get onto the service! I now will miss my connection and the next one I could get because of this. How do I claim for the full journey including missed connection of next service?

@LauraJournal Hi Laura, we are very sorry for the disruption caused to your journey. The signalling issue in the area is meaning that trains are losing time and missing their path on the single line. ^RC

@EalingCouncil please could someone tell me how I can get anyone on the phone at the council - I’ve called so many times about an error with my council tax and can never get through to a human being?

I started at @itn 5 years ago today - how am I celebrating? By leaving tomorrow to start a new venture as a Senior Producer @GMB - it’s been an incredible 5 years but I’m so so excited for this new adventure!
