Have a new client rn (disgruntled ex employee with breach of contract claim for 10% equity) who keeps coming up with various spycraft schemes to deploy against his former employer. Sending friends into the business to try to elicit admissions, calling 3rd parties and recording them, etc.
Have to keep explaining him that the Venn diagram between spycraft and torts/counterclaims is a circle.

AI (Claude and Grok) have become my Junior associates. I use Lexis to review the cases both give me, then use Claude to spin up documents
I review the docs and the cases, then go back to Claude with revisions

To the author's credit, the takeaway from the article is that these reissues are justified on artistic grounds.
A hit piece that was merely a hit piece would not concede that, and indeed it's the only thing that matters.

I appreciate how this article recognizes that the Hardy Boys reissues aren’t just about reinstating a few old-timey epithets. The original versions are richer in plot, characterization, vocabulary—matters of real substance. Good press for @PassagePress.
