Noticed I had a cracked bezel at the right hinge of my MacBook 2020. No idea how it happened. Apple want £569 to replace the whole screen which I’m just not paying. I’ve put tape on it to keep it from getting worse. Any computer savvy people on here know any more tips to help? 😫

My #ROG laptop has been twice for repair (under warranty) with @LetMeRepairUK and twice they are returning the laptop not fixed. @ASUSUK were involved and their help was #frustrating. You just lost another @ASUS_ROGUK customer. #failure #Disgraceful

@ASUSUK terrible customer service! I had given my laptop for repair and it has been in repair for past 2 months as I had a problem with my laptop screen. The quote was sent and was duly paid in time for the repair to take place, still haven't received my unit just emails.

When customer service is great I think it should be called out and praised in the same way we vocalise bad experience, so this is my story.... It starts back in January when we were home schooling and I needed a laptop for my young daughter to join teams calls with her class...
