Then this woman was going to get a fence installed, she thought her property extended a few feet more than what she thought. She arranged a meeting with the neighbor so they could agree with where the fence would be built, he kept putting her off and he was condescending to her because he was so certain that his property extended further into her yard than the thought. He tells her she should get a survey so he can see for herself where his land is. After leaving her with no options, she did just that. After the surveyor came out, it turns out her property line is actually right next to her time, turns out his trees were on her property. Now he is irate and doesn’t respect the boundary. Knowing it’s within her right to build the fence right on the property line, should she, or since it’s a neighbor will cause more headaches than what it’s worth?

@ashleevance It was designed to be at Candlestick (the cutout corner of the bowl was for a view). When the site fell through, probably because the city wouldn’t meet their extortionate demands, they moved to a place without a view and just didn’t redesign it.

I like that the Giants and the Warriors were like, "Let's build the most beautiful sporting complexes in the world right by the Bay," and the 49ers were like, "Let's low cost bid this thing to Ikea and put it next to a networking company's office in a pasture."

Jed York owns the 49ers. The franchise is worth nearly $9 billion. York bragged today that hosting the Super Bowl and World Cup in the same year will bring in about $1 billion. His employees (players) have voiced concerns about this issue and want research and studies done to see if it’s impacting them at least a little bit. He shot down the electrical substation theory, saying Jerry Rice stayed healthy. Rice tore his ACL as a Niner. He said the Niners have been practicing next to the substation since 1987. True, but he didn’t acknowledge that the substation expanded when Levi’s Stadium was built, which coincides with the uptick of the team’s injury issues or the $20 million proposal to have it removed, which was billed to his family before the stadium opened. These injuries have cost his multi-billion dollar business a lot of money. He said the Niners must figure out the injury problems. But he doesn’t seem willing to move the practice field because it will cost him money? Come on, man. At least practice somewhere else for a year or two to see if this is negatively impacting the health of the team. #49ers
