Incredible to watch so many records broken and so many talented young competitors give it their all. Had a great discussion at the business roundtable in Aberdeen today. Great to hear how the permanent tax relief we passed in the Working Families @TaxCuts is helping South Dakota’s employees and small businesses.

Had a chance to tour BAE Systems in Aberdeen to hear about the important work they are doing to help keep our nation safe and secure.

Enjoyed visiting with students at John Harris Elementary School in Sioux Falls.

Great to be on hand for the groundbreaking of the Army National Guard vehicle maintenance shop in Watertown.

Met with the staff at Tactical Rehabilitation in Box Elder today. Thank you for all you do for South Dakota veterans.

From raising two young daughters to now being blessed with six grandchildren, Kimberley has been the heart of our family through every season of life. Happy Mother’s Day to an incredible wife, mom and grandmother — and a very happy Mother’s Day to our daughters and all the moms out there.

This Police Week is a week to honor our nation’s law enforcement officers and remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice while protecting our communities. Perhaps it will remind my Democrat colleagues of just how much we need all of our nation’s law enforcement officers.
