I am disgusted with the negligence at Life Carstenhof Clinic in Midrand. My aunt had this left inside her incision area after surgery, which led to severe complications. This is unacceptable and has caused her immense pain and suffering. We need answers and accountability.

@LifeHealthcare_ Hi, I was admitted to Life Flora on the 20Dec23 at night, i was robbed at the ward E,I had R500 which I declared but when I checked in the morning R400 was taken. I was given the complaints manager Kim's email and sent her sent 3 emails from the 21 to 29 still no response.

@LifeHealthcare_ I would like to ask you to assist with your visitor’s policy. We have a little one who’s been in ICU at Beacon Bay since the early hours of Tuesday morning , when he was admitted we were told we could both be there with him during the day since he’s in ICU.
