@LifeLock you literally SUCK. How do you go from being a customer service oriented great company to put source to India and Thailand? The very freaking countries where we are getting most scammers from and Nigeria. Getting notified that a password should be changed and then not able to just click and get to the website and do that, then having to go online to Lifelock where there’s zero info just the same oh uour password may be compromised, like which websites, oh nope no more info so then have to call and try to communicate with the same exact sounding people who scams Americans and be asked to give them all your info! Lmfao you are pathetic. You got the money you wanted and then dropped customer service completely, NO ONE should sign in to life lock - Norton it’s BS unless you like talking to people who barely speak English and you don’t know if they sell your info to scammers. Here’s some more info on this now shitty fka great company LifeLock (Norton/Gen Digital) outsources much of its general customer service to centers in India and the Philippines. Reviewers often describe reps as hard to understand, slow to resolve issues, giving scripted/runaround responses, or seeming unhelpful—leading to that “scammy” feeling even though it’s legitimate (but poorly executed) support. Core US-based restoration teams exist for major identity theft cases, but day-to-day help frequently routes overseas.
