I didn't learn The Lord's Prayer in Sunday School. I LEARNED THE LORD'S PRAYER IN PUBLIC SCHOOL! We said it every morning, before the Pledge of Allegiance! We said a blessing before lunch, and read from Scripture. The 10 Commandments hung on the wall. And nobody got shot

An absolutely excruciating moment at the Georgia Supreme Court this week. Justice Peterson pressed state attorney Deborah Leslie over her citations to cases that apparently don’t exist.

I was always angry, and I had a huge hole in my heart. Nothing made me happy. Then I got married to a God-fearing woman, and at home she would read the Bible every morning. After a while she said, "do you want me to read aloud to you?" So I sat down, and she started reading the Bible aloud to me, every morning. Eventually I said, "Well, let me read it," and so I started to read it aloud to her. And then it was like the Lord said to me "Chuck, it's time to come home. It's been long enough." And now my heart is filled up again.' ☩ Chuck Norris 1940-2026

Georgia has gone from one of the least 'diverse' states in the country to one of the most diverse. In 1980 just 1.7% of GA's population was foreign born and 71% of residents were born in the state. 86% of the population was Southern-born. In 2025 the foreign-born share hit 14.2% A further 7% are the children of immigrants. This makes the foreign-origin population of Georgia ~21%. Just 51.3% of the state's population was born in Georgia (a 20-point decline) and ~72% were born in the South (a 14-point decline). Many cities Johns Creek, Gainesville, and Dalton (now Hispanic majority) and even entire counties like Atkinson county are experiencing a decline in the White American and African American populations that have lived there for centuries. White Americans are now a minority in the state for the first time in its history, and not because they were displaced by African American population growth (which at times has been 48% of Georgia's population) but because of mass immigration. This The African American population is also experiencing displacement by immigrants, including Black immigrants from the Caribbean and Africa. More than 250,000 Black immigrants reside in Georgia. This population increases to 500,000 when you include the children of these immigrants. Roughly 15% of the Black population in Georgia are not African Americans but are immigrants & their children. American communities matter. They are not simply places to live or economic zones, they are towns, cities, and states where many American families (White & Black in the case of Georgia) have roots going back generations and centuries. If America is to preserve its heritage, culture, and way of life a sensible remigration policy is necessary.

@GretchenPSmith You've got it! Always! Stay strong Gretchen! But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. -- 2 Corinthians 12:9

HELP!!! Please write all #Georgia HOUSE Representatives and ask them to VOTE "NO" on SR 23. ⚠️TERM LIMITS WOULD GIVE POWER TO THE FEDS, to TAKE AWAY YOUR VOTING RIGHTS! ⚠️TERM LIMITS WOULD FILL CONGRESS WITH UNACCOUNTABLE LAME DUCKS - for a period of YEARS - AT ALL TIMES! ⚠️TERM LIMITS WOULD EMPOWER BUREAUCRATS AND LOBBYISTS AND DIMINISH THE INFLUENCE OF DULY ELECTED REPS IN CONGRESS AND THE US SENATE!

Conversation I just had with an AP: Me: “The first time many students will truly fail is in college or real life, when it actually costs them money. That shouldn’t be the first lesson.” AP: “not true…they fail and have to do test corrections.” Me: “No, that’s more like a temporary inconvenience. They put forth minimal effort and are guaranteed a passing grade.” AP: “There is no way to implement failure into the curriculum.” Me: “There is. It’s called accountability.” AP: (laughs) “That’s not going to happen.”

@38700Ian @TeamJacksonHQ @burtjonesforga I care MORE about who Burt Jones is GETTING MONEY FROM! Burt's OWNED by the gambling industry. As Gov. Mike DeWine (OH) pointed out, gambling pushers have "deep, deep, deep pockets" and insurmountable POWER, after states let them in.

ajc.com/politics/gop-l… From the '22 Lt. Gov. race. Burt has never denied that this is his position: "Georgia’s Republican nominee for lieutenant governor is the only candidate at the top of his party’s ticket to say he would support amending the state’s constitution to allow same-sex marriage. Burt Jones, a state senator from Jackson, told Axios this week that he has always supported Georgians being “with who you want to love.”
