It’s all medical fraud. After my daughter’s pediatrician at Kaiser Permanente tried to put her on puberty blockers and wrong-sex hormones when she was only 14, I did an undercover story when I pretended to be “nonbinary.” I was approved by my Kaiser doctors over Zoom for a double mastectomy (top surgery) and a phalloplasty (fake p*nis) made from the skin tissue on my thigh in under 9 months. It was only a $100 co-pay for my elective mastectomy and $200 co-pay for my phalloplasty yet the surgeons would bill $25k for mastectomy and $135k for the phalloplasty. @FTC @SwipeWright @aboutKP

Kaiser Permanent just paid $550+ million to settle fraudulent billing accusations. Three qui tam whistleblowers are splitting $95 million. This claim involved aggressive "upcoding," the practicing of billing for a procedure that is more expensive than the specific procedure performed. Upcoding is common and involves judgments about the proper procedure code a doctor should use when there are similar codes for a treatment, and the reimbursement rate differs. The fraud that is taking place in gender medicine involves brazen lying about the diagnosis the patient has, the sex of the patient, and completely fictional treatments - such as treating a breast removal on a teen girl as a gynocomastia removal on a boy, or justifying a puberty blocker implant as a treatment for non-existant precocious puberty or "tall stature". These are slam dunk cases, just waiting to be brought.

Finland tracked every gender-referred adolescent in the country for up to 25 years. Their psychiatric needs didn't improve after 'gender reassignment'. They surged. A landmark peer-reviewed study just dropped. Here's what it found. 🧵
