@KeyBank_Help Hey! I've already talked to them pretty much every day for the past 13 days :) They continue to re-iterate that it's a Keybank-wide policy that they do not offer provisional credit for business accounts, so I'm just trying to make other businesses aware!

@KeyBank_Help They are not working with me, that's the issue. Saying "It's going to take up to 90 days to get your $1,800 back that you rely on as a business" is not a working relationship. I've already convinced multiple friends to close their accounts with you after hearing what's happened.

@KeyBank_Help That amount of money makes a world of difference to us and because of the fact we don't have access to it we can't place new orders, which is especially horrible with Record Store Day coming up - usually one of our busiest sales days of the year.

@KeyBank_Help Somebody committed fraud on our account and now over $1,800 has been missing for over a week. I keep getting the reply of "investigations take up to 90 days and we don't offer provisional credit to business accounts." It's clear you don't care about your small business customers.
