Why would you post something like this? Are you trying to stir up shit? Nothing like this has even been brought to SCOTUS. And the "immunity" states president has immunity under "presidential duties." JE was before he ran for office. So he definitely wasn't committing any "presidential duties" then. Plus, that ruling is so vague, any good prosecutor worth their salt can challenge it. i.e. Tariffs are not a presidential duty. Per our constitution, only Congress can enact tariffs. Since that's not a presidential duty, he can be prosecuted for using tariffs to extort other nations. Seizing ballots in GA and AZ - the executive branch has zero authority over elections. So those crimes wouldn't be covered by his "immunity." But trump's not going to live long enough to be prosecuted anyway.
