@CaseOh__ has anyone suggested the game Night Trap to you to play? It's from the 90's. It's one of the games that was the reason for video game ratings. It can move pretty fast. It's one of my favorite games. I think it was available on the Switch at one point.

Received a call one time from @cityofPortsVA since this tweet, still no refund check. I'm at a complete loss. I call when I can, but I'm going to start calling them every single day & leave the same message until something changes. I've been more than patient and reasonable...

2/2 Was supposed to receive it in November, but still haven't received it. Been trying to call, and no one answers or calls back. I tried to email the Director of Public Utilities, Erin Trimyer, but the email is blocked. If we were this delinquent, our water would be shut off.

1/2 @WAVY_News Do you know how to contact the City of Portsmouth, VA Public Utilities about a refund check that my husband and I haven't received? We stopped services in May 2023 and never received the refund check. Spoke with someone there in Sept/Oct 2023... Any suggestions?

@Kia Is there something going on with the Kia Connect App/Service? Pretty sure we're not going to renew the subscription because it is awful. It hasn't worked in over a week, now... Doesn't even work from the Kia Connect website, much less the app.

@cityofPortsVA who can I email about my refund check from City of Portsmouth Department of Public Utilities? I've been trying to get this straightened out since June or July 2023. I called yesterday and left a message - was on hold for over 40 minutes. No callback received.

@cityofPortsVA Department of Public Utilities we never received our refund check since June-updated our address & we were receiving bills to our new address, forwarding was setup. Never received it. Was told a month ago that a new check was sent out, still nothing.What can we do?

@DeputyBHughes I don't know if anyone thought of this, but I believe that man's legs were saved because of that woman calling for the police and you showing up to help. If he had stayed in that position longer, I think he would have lost his legs from loss of blood flow.
