@chompsontable @DiaLancea Specific areas already in the cities. So it's like you'd end up with instances just to go to the same place already. Opening up the cities may cause ppl to spread out to afk and hang out but I feel that'll strain servers more, but would be neat to see though

@chompsontable @DiaLancea StB was too if I'm not wrong. It was just Ishgard after ARR. But they still utilize instanced areas for the new cities cause a lot of ppl are there, and I feel like they'd end up doing the same too with the older cities. Which, I feel isn't better. Because people already hang in-

I do hope that at some point, the 2.0 cities get collapsed down into a single zone, being able to see the aetheryte surrounded by people from the Upper Decks of Limsa would be fun Ishgard probably will have to remain split, as it doesn't naturally join up #ffxiv

@BastealaThayne @GamestMesa @Kougaon_ Classes are gonna change even more when 8.0 comes out, I think it's better for a class's skill ceiling be reached by performance and not figuring out where to just stand. It's fine for that of course, I love finding lil spots to sit. But it shouldn't be so limited by that.

@BastealaThayne @GamestMesa @Kougaon_ I feel like a class being limited by its capabilities purely by knowledge before hand of a fight isn't healthy. From what I understand it's like what, FireIV goes out faster or something now? You still have to manage heavily where you are cause of leylines but aren't as screwed

@GreenTextRepost @Valheimgame and @CoreKeeperGame Have the ALL TIME best food mechanics ever. Massive upsides to engaging in the games farm and cooking systems that then help you actively progress in the game with boss fights etc is the best way to make a good food system.

@ritostime Oh yes 100% Post EW content was pretty bad. They tried replacing what would fill the combat MMO part of the game with a solo instanced subpar farm sim. WHICH I LOVED. But shouldn't be a replacement Post DT has been great imo love it a lot occult is ok but everything else is peak!

We've had issues with this game since endwalker but no one listened cause oh peak aura moments is all we cared not actual story resolutions n content , the ew patches are the worst set of patches out of all them right now

@elenimut_art I'd kill for us to go back there and be with Zero and Golbez again, usually post stories are what sets up the coming plots but I feel that may have been super self contained. I'd love for us to go into a future though and see them and what has come of the 13th.

@RasnerG @Kougaon_ Yes for me it was mainly pacing and some other lil things but gameplay wise it's never been better and most of Arcadion I loved

@LordGodPebble @Kougaon_ I get mad when i do DT dungeons becouse the overall quality was there, the msq as always is the main dish, becouse being honest on my own playthroug i was falling asleep doing it till nearly S9 and even then i didnt suffer it too much due to having it on JP but yeah pacing issues

@GamestMesa @LordGodPebble @Kougaon_ Iunno. Using skill and fight knowledge to outperform melee as a caster was pretty damn satisfying. Making good use of slidecast...It wasn't for everyone, but it was amazing for the people it *was* for.

@LordGodPebble @Kougaon_ Full agree, and beyond the battle content (which IMO DT is the champion ever with SB 2nd), 7.3 and 7.4 especially had some of the best MSQs ever
