@dieworkwear Great info… for me it kills the look when a very large polo logo is on the cable sweater in an odd color.

Let's talk about this: should you avoid visible logos in fashion? 🧵

Is it just me, or has eating out become a $50 minimum activity no matter where you go?

My husband absolutely refuses to own a mini van even though it is the most logical choice with 3 kids. Do you know anyone who is the same way? Why the hate?

For my kids. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is mandatory especially for the daughters. Oldest one has been at it for > 3 years. Other hobbies are their choice. For the boy he will train until he’s 16. Then he can stop if he likes. Which is probably ideal vs making BJJ a “lifestyle.”

MUST WATCH: Is it just me or did Tim Walz aggressively yank his son last night on stage? Seems like he could be a very different person behind closed doors…

@kiantrades @drink_AG1 Bro I've been looking for a daily greens drink and I was thinking about them but their over-advertising always bugged me. Any alternative suggestions?

I kinda don't buy it. 1. Stearic is one of the best fatty acids, and it's even longer than palmitic. 2. I don't believe in "LDL/ApoB bad" to begin with. 3. How is butter bad but milk is good? Butter is just churned milk? 4. @fire_bottle is saying oleic is bad, not protective. Clearly different FAs have different impacts, but I don't see how shorter is better & longer is worse.
Bryce Hanna@photobiogenesis

The most underrated dietary factor to focus on is shifting dietary fat intake away from long-chain saturated fats, toward short and medium-chain saturated fats, and toward odd-chain saturated fats For now it feels like I'm the only one talking about chain length THREAD //

@exfatloss @fire_bottle Generally ignoring LDL/ApoB is a huge mistake. Technically you could probably ignore an elevated LDL with okay ApoB and a good HDL/Trig Ratio.

@BioLayne Regardless it takes an extra methylation step to use it so why won’t it be a less than ideal ingredient.

Don’t drink Celsius energy drinks because they have cyanide! 🤣 Most health influencers like @Garybrecka1 do NOT read studies. They also don’t have any concept of dosage & they don’t seem to be able to do math Recently Gary has said not to drink Celsius energy drink because it has cyanide (CN), he’s referring to cyanocobalamin which is the synthetic form of vitamin b12. He’s also said not to use synthetic B12 for this reason HILARIOUS. 1st, Gary doesn’t seem to understand that molecular bonded CN is NOT the same thing as free hydrogen cyanide. The CN molecule in Cyanocobalamin is converted to thiocyanate & excreted in the urine But just for sh*ts & giggles let’s assume it became free CN. How much would it take to cause harm? All if takes is some basic freaking math Gary For an 80kg person it takes about 120mg of free CN, the molecular weight of which is 26g/mol while Cyanocobalamin is 1355g/mol meaning it’s only 1.9% of the total weight of synthetic B12 So how much is in Celsius? 6mcg. Which is 0.006mg of Cyanocobalamin. Since only 1.9% of it is the CN molecule that means Celsius contains 0.000114mg of molecularly bonded CN. 120mg (toxic dose) / 0.000114 = 1,052,631 cans of Celsius needed to hit toxic dose STAY IN SCHOOL KIDS 🤷🏼‍♂️ And again, this is molecularly bonded CN which is NOT toxic. But even if it was, it wouldn’t matter because our bodies can actually metabolize & excrete amounts of free CN FAR beyond this. It does NOT accumulate over time People like Gary don’t care about the truth, just sound bites. But no one bothers to fact check them Just look at @RobertLustigMD on the Huberman Lab podcast. He said a study showed people who drank cola gained 10kg in 6 mo, & people who drank diet cola gained 2kg, but people who drank water & whole milk had far better results. I looked up the study (PMID: 22205311) & the study showed NO DIFFERENCE between any of the groups in fat gain/loss. He either made it up or just repeated something someone else told him without reading it. Of the MILLIONS of people who listened to that podcast I was the ONLY person who looked it up! 🤷🏼‍♂️

@jonatanpallesen Neurofunctional acupuncture most certainly works, muscle motor points are stimulated taking away motor inhibition. Traditional acupuncture has limited benefits.

99.8% of studies in Chinese journals find that acupuncture works. Given that acupuncture does not work, this gives us something to consider.

@Zigmanfreud @AJDelgado13 You see, that how she makes money, grifting the easily manipulated. Spouting room temp iq talking points given to her from the liberal overlords. We as a society should strive to not engage in this. Then these “influencers” can return to the sewers from whence they came.

@AJDelgado13 There is no need for it to be March 31st. There was no need for a public pronouncement. There is no need for you to take every pro-Lib position possible just to show how anti-Trump you are. If some made up Islam Day landed on 9/11, it would be absurd for the WH to publicize it.
