2024 was a wild year. It started off with pain and way more time on the couch than I'd have liked. By the end I was able to run 2 trail 50ks without pain or injury. I helped several people reduce or get rid of pain to run free again! What's holding you back from reaching your true potential?

@DankyFranky1 I'd recommend doing them x3/day per week with a day of rest between each day. For example M/W/F or T/R/Sat.
