Slam dunk idea for a reward from the new raid: Offhand "holster" that allows your offhand to stay equipped when you equip a 2h weapon. i been dropping potions for 20 years and id like to move past it. I also think melee armor of some degree is the obvious choice here. It doesnt have to beat oathplate or torva but there is no melee armor from raid. This is the place to add it. Figure out how to slot it in without ruining inquisitor or without upgrade scaping, im sure you guys can come up with something

@LoyalOSRS @OldSchoolRS I mean thats fair and i agree unlocks are important but my issue is that the vast majority of them aren't new sailing things. they're new things for other skills. Any other skill, 95% of what you unlock is expansions of that skill. Not things to do with other skills.

@TheHappyPittie @OldSchoolRS Totally fair perspective! I was pretty happy with the alpha with what we had to do. I feel that the integration pieces are the typical “unlocks” that you get per level like other skills so for me I like the progression of being able to go to different islands and try new content.

@LoyalOSRS @OldSchoolRS I agree that it needed to integrate but there’s far more integration than there is core sailing content. If you look at how much of the content we’re getting that is actually sailing it doesn’t even come close to a skill which was my point as a whole. Not just that one line

@TheHappyPittie @OldSchoolRS I disagree - a core part of the skill wanted by the players was that it integrates with current existing skills. They’ve done a great job at doing this.

@OldSchoolRS Sailing is just the dungeoneering of osrs. Its not its own skill. It needs to be filled with other skills content to have a chance of having enough content. Sailing has no identity of its own.

@JagexAyiza why are you ignoring the people that don't want this as a skill? its so overly complicated I don't see how this a skill.. its an add-on for every other skill in the game but it offers nothing for being its own skill.
