As much as I oppose @JeremyClarkson's political views... to put it mildly(!)... he is a true goliath of British cultural output over the last 30 years, all of which I have enjoyed immensely. Wishing him a full & swift recovery & encourage all guys to get their PSA tests.

I am begging people to understand the reason you pay so much tax is because the richest pay so little.
The combined tax dodged by the richest 1% is more than the tax contribution of the bottom 70%.
If they paid their tax, you wouldn't have to pay any.

@omgsidewalks Incorrect. Billionaires generally are not "cash" billionaires, and instead have shares in companies that employ thousands of people and they often are the CEOs and founders that took the risk to do that. You are correct someone will take their place... another billionaire.

@AdamPugh I suppose it depends on what you say racism is... for example, if you are less likely to get a job because the company has a diversity quota then that is racism, but you are unlikely to be abused walking down the street etc
