We’re getting really good at earning a living wage salvaging with no commercial space. I don’t want a warehouse. It would increase the distance things needs to travel, increase load/unload labor and windshield time, reduce profit and the payment would add stress. #SmallBusiness

@whoisJames412 @Hikix @financedystop Precisely. I often work in houses that are going to be demolished. I usually get access for two or three months. in that scenario the house becomes my temporary warehouse / store.
