SCOOP: The illegal immigrant from Honduras, who is accused of kidnapping and sodomizing a girl who was under the age of 12 in Lexington, Kentucky, on Saturday was previously deported four different times from the country, @DHSgov tells @realDailyWire. Jorge Luis Martinez-Ulloa allegedly grabbed the young girl by her arm and neck, trapping her in his apartment, and raping her. He first crossed the border illegally in Laredo, Texas, in 2012 and was removed from the country through a process known as voluntary departure. Martinez-Ulloa then entered the US illegally again on February 26, 2021; February 28, 2021; and March 7, 2021, and was deported each time. He then snuck into the country a fifth time on an unknown date before he went on to victimize the young child Saturday.
