A college recruiter isn’t… • Going to call your 9u coach looking for players • Going to want to know how many championships you won while you were 11 years old • Wanting film or a mixtape of you as a 10 year old THE FOCUS OF YOUTH SPORTS SHOULD BE ON DEVELOPMENT.

Some players at the end of their careers blame everyone but themselves for their results. Did you work hard enough, did you put in that pain, did you come to the gym, did you dodge weights? A lot of players want things given to them but did you really deserve it.
