I read this book aloud to two classes this year and I’m currently reading it to a third! I can’t wait for this movie to come out!!! 🤖

Had this book facing forward on the shelf this week and a student checked it out. She told me, “My mom read this book to me all of the time when I was younger. I want her to read it to me again!” Melted. My. Heart. 💖

Everyone has heard of Rosa Parks… have you heard of Claudette Colvin? Her story needs told! This book is phenomenal! Arrested at age 15! Such a brave woman!
