What the NCAA does is up to them. Ohio State vacated wins after self-reporting players traded their own goods for tattoos. MSU vacated wins after self-reporting a staffer reimbursed some kids for travel expenses on a recruiting visit. Michigan did not self-report any of their record-setting number of violations in CheeseburgerGate or SignGate. And they certainly didn’t self-report this still-unadjudicated Corum matter. In fact, they covered it up. -Blake Corum knew about the LLC -Blake Corum lied about it -Michigan knows Corum knew, and knows he lied about it These are facts for which there is strong evidence. Thus, by rule, Corum was ineligible for all games in 2022 and 2023. (Bylaws 16.02.3 & 12.1.1.1) There’s no nuance or mitigation. As OSU and MSU learned, the triggering of the vacated wins penalty is inherent to the violations and automatic. If I’m not telling the truth, Corum is welcome to sue me. I’ve been threatened with litigation by Uncle T, Jim Harbaugh, Sherrone Moore, and even Chris Balas. I’m guessing none of them followed through because I’m always right. If Corum wants to break the mold, he’s welcome to try. I may even represent myself. Who needs an attorney to press “play” on tapes proving everything I say?
