National Apprenticeship Week AR Cochrane-Edwards had this to say about the apprenticeship: When I established that I wanted to go into Engineering, I knew the RAF was the obvious choice. I'm glad that I signed up for this apprenticeship as I can now enter a career confidently.

Yesterday, UWAS students were invited to compete in the CO’s cup, an inter-station sporting competition at MOD St Athan. Students completed a cross fit exercise station, an inflatable ‘hungry hippos’ style game, and an assault course. The team came second overall out of 11 teams!
