$SPY Closed way below 642 and the 50 weekly sma, so I won’t swing and I’ll take the L on this trade. Gave back yesterday’s gains and a little more. First red Spy trade since late December! What a run 🔥 ! I thought I can keep it until June but it’s alright. Many here started following me after January so that’s the first time they see me losing. I kept telling you I’ll get one wrong eventually and today was the day. We are clearly oversold and price will probably go up in AH and pre market Monday, but will it be enough to offset theta and a vix that’ll drop from 31 ? Probably not, it can go back to 642-643, reject and drop back to make new lows. Not worth longing now. It’s better to wait for 625 or a reclamation of 642 to long. For puts, a rejection of 642 can be a good area. Right now it’s not worth the risk of any swing. I’ll stay in cash for the weekend. I’ll post chart updates tomorrow evening or Sunday.
