@VoiceAndBreath I can quite understand that, they can be awful they are our worst weed, my ‘policy’ is to remove anything going to seed and when I get time il do a ‘proper’ job weeding so they aren’t moving much just becoming these giants occasionally. 🙈

The garden is looking lovely at the mo. My pride and joy is the “old farmyard” which is set to peak in time for our up and coming @NGSOpenGardens openings. Arundo donax, Canna musifolia, Ricinus NZ Black and gorgeous nicotiana mutabalis proving to be great in a shady spot.

@LambethHortUK I find the branches bend quite a bit which helps. But it is a problem!

Does anyone have tips for picking figs from a tall tree that isn’t reachable by step ladder? The fruit picker tool can’t reach the highest fruit and tends to squish the lower ones.

@MagnetoGaby @cate_a_moore @DameLynneOwens Oh, mine appears not to be COVID. I’m getting worried (not about covid), because my body is struggling to fight this head virus off. I’m slightly immunodeficient, witch obviously doesn’t help. Would you say I should be worried that my symptoms have suddenly returned strong again?

I've been so poorly - I keep thinking I've fought off a horrible head cold and then it comes back again and again. So #GoodNewsSaturday could be a challenge, except that...I got new sofas yesterday and I've layed on one all day today! Also, look @DameLynneOwens - blanket! 🐶😄

@FPLMartian @cate_a_moore @DameLynneOwens I had post viral symptoms for about a year. Got the virus early on before vaccination available. Hope you’re feeling back to normal more quickly
