Okay, I need some input from people on an upcoming project idea. I am trying to decide what works better for the "terminus module" for my train. Do I just make the end with one switch to allow me to shove cars? Or do I make it with two switches and the blue area holds the engine?

@spanglermt I'm NOT sorry he did that to us. It's a powerful story about true faith and what it means to protect the innocent. I hope you pray and ask God to show you the error of your ways before you have to face the judgment. Remember, pastors are held to a higher standard.

@ConceptualJames I remember my dad reading The Hiding Place to our family as a kid, and it's an incredibly intense book. They sacrificed their lives to protect innocent people from an incredibly evil regime. And then you have "Christians" like this guy who dunks on it for the message it carries.

@WassonWatch I remember my dad reading that book to us as kids, and it's an incredibly graphic book, for a reason! They were protecting innocent people because they felt God called them to, and they paid the price for it. To say that is incredibly insulting and utterly disgusting.

@bettersoma I know he was already despised in areas like Watsonville for what he and his goons did to their local economy. This just goes to show that just because someone is a charismatic leader doesn't mean they may not have some very dark skeletons in their closet!

@joeltelling No disrespect to those with degrees, but so many are book smart and practically illiterate. I have met some who had incredible critical thinking skills, and others who struggled with anything that was slightly outside of their sphere of knowledge. It was really sad.

@Barnacules That's actually really cool. I remember doing a similar thing with one of those incubator heater units and a simple "on/off" temperature-controlled relay assembly. Sometimes, the simplest is best.

This little ~$10 contraption takes over the role of controlling my window AC since the relays are fused forcing it to always be on. This little device unplugs & plugs the AC using TP-Link Kasa switch to maintain the perfect room temp using onboard temp sensor. It works great! 🍿

This is what professional level electronics look like my friends! Maybe now the temp & humidity sensor will stop disconnecting. I'm not too worried about overheating since it doesn't even get warm to the touch. Okay, maybe I should have soldered it in hindsight... 😏 #ESP32
