@Lawferio @barrymiller128 @Table327 Who are the “McAlberts”? There’s no one in this lawsuit by that name. And here I thought you were a lawyer - someone educated - but clearly I was wrong.

I never used the word strong. The issue isn’t the allegations. The issue is all that he has said about some of these individuals that may be factually inaccurate. He’s gone above and beyond and claimed certain statements as fact. Also, while I personally believe in the full legal culpability of the McAlberts in the death, conspiracy, and coverup of the death of JOK, Karen being rightfully acquitted doesn’t per se make it legally conclusive that the McAlberts did it (though in my opinion they did). They don’t get convicted because Karen was acquitted. So he has a fight ahead of him. Unfortunately he won’t have the support of many because he wiretapped Karen, shit all over her, tortiously interfered with her fundraising efforts, and then some. He says they’re “cool”. They’re not.

Video editing is slogging, but I'm still aiming for tonight. I am making this as comprehensive as I can, and have drawn from multiple sources including court documents, newcasts, and recorded public statements; and of course over 400,000 pages of digital material. TL;DR my brain is mush the past week.
