@JonseyTime @DownGoesBrown That's where I'm at. I thought all OT goals were reviewed anyway? Just say the play is under review and go look. Coming out and saying "the play was ruled a goal on the ice" when it clearly wasn't, just muddies the water and creates controversy.

@jtbourne I probably first heard this from a Marek podcast, but I like. It does have very limited/specific potential though. The puck would have to be flat, and an somewhat unobstructed view (like this goal)... basically what conditions we need now, with one additional point of reference.

They get into this weird high cycle habit when things go wrong/get hard. It moves everything up to the offensive blue line becomes the perfect storm of turnovers. They have an easier time in a low cycle at even strength. It makes no sense to me.

Watching video from last night an I don’t want to diminish the Flyers but the Penguins power play has just become a total jalopy. It’s like someone flipped a switch and everyone forgot what they were doing. At this point, I just want shooters on that top unit. Throw pucks around.

@jmarshfof Ek has more hockey skill and experience in his pinky that I do, but I get on 10u players for not having their stick on the ice around the net. Karlsson had his stick at chest height trying to "defend" Barkey there.

@bwags The old "last channel" would instantly take you to the last channel when flipping back and forth. Now you have to back out of one app, go to another one, likely sit through an add, then you get to watch after it's on dial-up resolution for a few seconds.

Here’s a perfect example why fans have zero trust in the entertainment industry. @RufusDuSol is playing 4 madison square garden shows. They were all deemed sold out. Now magically the same tickets and rows are released for every single show? How did that happen? Why did the promoter hold these tickets back? @saumil I know ticketmaster can only release what you are told, but this is why there is zero fan trust.

@j_a155 Dropping about 10 draft spots was really only the one negative that happened this season. Got out of Jarry's deal and acquired some younger players under control for a while. Still have trade chips in Rakell, Rust and even Karlsson.

@ProducerDrew_ They over-performed this year, but got out of more long term problem contracts. Only bad deal left is Letang. They got guys on short term deals or younger guys they control without sacrificing the future. Who knows if a rebuild on the fly will work, but they have options.

Penguins are a good example of what not to do. They built around an aging core to generate a playoff birth with no real chance to win Tear it down and rebuild properly Flyers top 6 point scorers all age 30 and under. Penguins top 6 all age 31 and older. Drastic difference
